How I will work with you
We will meet in confidential one-on-one sessions over a six- to twelve-month period. Face-to-face sessions are preferred but telephone conferences are possible. Strategies may include:
- Self assessment and/or assessment by survey of employees, employers or peers
- Shadowing, where I observe you in your normal work settings
- Issue clarification, in which I help you examine complex and interlinked ideas and prioritize them for action
- Strategic career planning, in which current options and decisions are mapped against your career goals
- Work-life balance, in which critical tensions are identified and practical decisions are made to balance these sometimes opposing forces.
