Example: Acquired Companies Align Leadership
Client: Major Telecommunications Company
Business Problem
The company had grown from a small regional company to a national organization in a few short years and its top executives felt a need to develop a common core of leadership throughout the senior executive team
Solution
A series of one-on-one coaching sessions were rolled out over a three month period, starting at the top of the organization. I participated in this effort by coaching 8 of these senior executives at the Director through regional SVP level, conducting individual assessments, forming development plans and providing support.
Results
- A common leadership vocabulary exists throughout the organization
- Senior leaders are equipped to train subordinate employees
- A corporate coaching culture is set in motion
