Business Problem

Senior project managers understood their multi-million dollar projects but the lacked a framework and vocabulary with which to discuss the communications and relationships side of project management.


Solution

The group was assembled to learn a common vocabulary and conceptual framework with which to address the "human side" of project management. This allowed individuals to discuss and evolve remedies for issues regarding stakeholder communications, team leadership and related concerns.
