Client: Fortune 500 bank
Business Problem
Time and energy was being wasted because the group lacked systematic approaches for defining problems and developing solutions.
Solution
An action learning experience was facilitated in which individuals brought current business problems to address and solve. Problem solving tools and strategies were presented and small groups were coached to identify practical solutions.
Results
- New solutions for old problems were identified through cross-disciplinary insights
