Client: Paper and chemical manufacturer
Business Problem
IT teams had poor communications with non-technical internal customers. As a consequence, projects experienced unpleasant surprises and overruns of time and budget.
Solution
IT specialists were introduced to consultative communication techniques with the opportunity to practice these skills in simulated project environments supported by coach observers.
